After trying to do design things ourselves for a couple of years here on the blog, it’s finally come to a point where we decided to leave it to the professionals and we hired a designer to completely change everything around here. The blog is going through a complete overhaul to match our new brand (we’ll also share that with you soon), and will be back by the first of March with a whole new design to kick off the wedding season. We are excited to show it to you and can’t wait to get caught up on some of our recent sessions.

This post is a little bit out of order, since normally we try to keep things posted here by the date. However earlier this month we had the opportunity to 2nd shoot a wedding for our good friend Erwin Wijanto and his assistant Devianna Andrianto. If you remember, last summer Erwin 2nd shot a wedding with us. It’s always nice when we have a break in the season to shoot with friends. It was a pleasure shooting Ribka and Lucas, they are such a nice couple. They even had us sit among their guests during dinner and had custom place cards for Erin and I as if we were their guests also. That was very thoughtful and we greatly appreciated that. Thank you both for making us feel so welcomed! Also special thanks to Erwin and Devianna for having Erin and I tag along.

Today I shot Missy and Sam at my favorite beach in Laguna. We had to reschedule this session three times due to rainy weather but today was warm and sunny, just perfect for beautiful beach shots. These two were so much fun to shoot and they struck some model poses like they’ve been watching Top Model for practice. I can’t wait for their upcoming wedding, I know it will be a lot of fun!
